Included in package:

Day-of Coordination: We provide day-of wedding coordination to make sure everything goes smoothly and that your vendors and guests know where they need to be.

Property Access: Enjoy 10-hour access (12pm -10pm) to the property the day of the event and one hour of rehearsal time the Thursday or Friday prior to your event.

The Bartender: We include a licensed bartender, supply your beer, wine or cider. Limited signature cocktails allowed.

Ice & Water: We supply ice and bottled water for guests.

Set Up & Tear Down: We set up and tear down the tables, chairs, dance floor and lighting. Garbage receptacles will be emptied at the end of the night.

Farm Tables: We provide farm tables for reception seating. Custom made live edge head table available for the bridal party.

Ceremony Arbor: Traditional wooden arbor will be available – Can bring in your own arbor.

Enclosed Shop Area and/or Outdoor Area: After the ceremony, continue to enjoy the unparalleled property views while sitting outside overlooking the lake.

Outdoor Grain Silo Bar: Our bartenders will serve your guests under our custom bar area.

The Private Bridal Dressing Suite: Enjoy a private dressing suite with a make-up area, mirrors etc.

Men’s Lounge: Private room for the groom and groomsman to get ready.

Photo Opportunities: In addition to the lakeview, we also have our small vineyard and field grass/pine tree area for photography as well.
